A Case of Cystic Lymphangioma of Adrenal Gland

Abstract
The cystic lymphangioma is a rare benign tumor and cystic lymphngioma of adrenal gland has not been reported in korea. Its exact etiology is obscure but thought to be related to a congenital abnormal development of lymphatic system. In addition,
it
is
associated with the failure communication with the central lymphatic system.
The cystic lymphangioma with clinical significance is usually large in size, manifest itself as a palpable mass early in life and is also potentially life-threatening by complications, although they may be asymptomatic hen they are small in size.
Clinical and laboratory findings are nonspecific and ultrasonography, computed tomography and recently magnetic resonance imaging are introduced as valuable methods for assessment of abnormal mass.
Recently, authors experienced one case of cystic lymphangioma of adrenal gland which was excised when impression of pancreatic pseudocyst by ultrasonography & C-T findings and herein report with literature review.
